If you are like us then you have had your eye on one of the coveted Cricut Mystery boxes since you first heard of it (haven’t heard of them?? Find out all of the juicy details here!). Refreshing the browser page every so often in the hopes of getting lucky. Following all of the Cricut greats on instragram hoping to catch their story unboxing post before it sells out (come on, admit it.. we have ALL been there!).
Well you FINALLY got one – now what?? Part of me worried that the materials might just end up in my stash and not get used since they were different from my taste. However, that couldn’t be further from reality. It inspired a flurry of Cricut activity.. making a ton of super cool projects! Mandy and I split the Mystery Box which turned out to be the BEST thing we did (check out our unboxing video here!) and below we are showing you ALL of the super awesome projects we have made so far with the contents of the latest Cricut Mystery Box.

Strong Bond Heat Transfer Vinyl
- Strong Bond – HTV – Martha Stewart Brand (3 sheets)
- We have taken advantage of Cricut’s new offset feature to make this super cute onesie for a friend who is expecting
- The sheets are 12×17″ so we have plenty more HTV left to make a couple more shirts for our girls too!
Tools/Accessories
- 12 x12 self-healing cutting mat – This mat is the perfect finishing detail to Mandy’s upcycled Cricut cart!
- Metallic Pens (5 pkg) – What am I NOT using these on? I became obsessed with them adding detail to felt board figures
- Pink weeder tool – You absolutely cannot have too many of these so we added it to Mandy’s stash so her mom (a Crafting mom OG) can have fun weeding too!
Felt sampler, Spring Rain
- Felt Sampler Pack (spring rain) comes with 10 – 12″ x 12″ sheets of felt
- This Felt sampler pack wasnt even on our radar but it totally should have been. I was able to make an over the top Felt board with the cutest items to really bring our story time to life
Adhesive-backed Deluxe Paper
- This was a VERY obscure one for us. Maybe you had heard of this paper but we had not. It is adhesive backed paper in a variety of patterns. 10 sheets (2×5 patterns)
- We used it to make these super cute wine bottle labels, having the beautiful paper come through a peak-a-boo pattern under some vinyl.
What haven’t we used?
- Removable Vinyl x 2 (Floral – 6 sheets)
- Everyday iron on sampler (3 pkg) – We actually have used this but forgot to take a photo of the super cute tote bag before we gave it away as a gift! Oops..
Cricut Cutie
Clearly the MOST exciting item in our Mystery box! This Cricut Cutie will always be super special to us since it is our first!
